Services Offered

Individuals complete the EQ-i assessment (15-20 minutes) generating a "snapshot" of the individual's self perception in areas contributing to emotional intelligence. 

After completion of the EQ-i assessment, Dr. Richardson will review results with the individual.  The debrief session will focus on discussion of specific sub-scale areas and goal setting for increased self-awareness.

After a group of individuals complete their EQ-i assessments, Dr. Richardson will review results with the team to focus on effective group communication dynamics. How do team members view one another?  Just as individual self awareness is related to personal growth, teams can improve awareness and work together more effectively. 

Upon completion of EQ-i assessments, Dr. Richardson will facilitate training with members of your leadership team. These personalized sessions will focus on maximizing communication and team synergy.
